GENERAL INFORMATION
Download an application.
We will accept applications until all spaces are filled on a first come-first served basis.
Exception: We may have to reject an application if the craft is too similar to one we have already accepted. In this case, the rejected vendor would get first chance at the next fair. This is to ensure that we have a wide variety of arts and crafts available to shoppers.
Once we receive your application, we will confirm your space reservation and request payment. If no spaces are available, we will notify you and add you to a waiting list, if you desire.
Space Costs: Note: all spaces are deep enough to accommodate table and chair(s)
4' wide space = $20
6' wide space = $30
If space allows we can accomodate an 8' table ($40). Please let us know if you would like an 8' table.
Your payment must be received no later than 2 weeks before your chosen fair or we will cancel your reservation and give your space to another vendor. Checks only will be accepted at this time!
You are responsible for providing your own table and chair(s).
We have a great venue for our artsy-crafty fair. Hipbone Studio is spacious (1700 square feet) with hardwood floors and skylights. The studio offers a range of drawing and painting classes as well as life drawing drop-in sessions. For more information on classes: www.hipbonestudio.com. Please do not contact the studio with questions related to the Craft Fair!
Hipbone Studio is a working space for artists and contains easels, props and other peripherals. We will do our best to move everything out of the main area of the room or push them against the walls. Please note: you probably won’t be able to use the wall to prop up your display or hang things, so plan your table accordingly.
Please keep in mind: Hipbone Studio is an art and drawing studio and the walls are decorated with drawings, including tasteful nudes (sorry, no rabbit drawings).
